IC Distributor, WT Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (TAIEX: 3036) announced its consolidated revenue for the month of August 2007 at a record-breaking NTD3.65 billion.  The year-through-August 2007 consolidated revenue is approximately NTD25.78 billion representing a 19.2% increase over the corresponding period last year.  The sales performance was primarily contributed by increasing shipment for motherboard & LCD panel components.  Another growth driver was TI’s LoCosto chips which successfully penetrated into the low-tier handset market in China.
