Dividend policy and implementation status

The Company's dividend policy is based on the following guidelines:
The Company's dividend policy is determined by the Board of Directors based on its operational planning,
investment plans, capital budgets, and internal and external environmental changes. The Company's business is
currently in a growth stage, the earnings shall be held to respond to funds required for operational growth and
investments. Currently, the Company adopts the minimum cash dividends plus additional dividends. The principles of
distribution of earnings are as follows:
The earning distribution is based on the principle of not less than 40% of the unappropriated retained earnings for
the current year. Considering future profits and growing demand on funds, for the distribution of stock dividends and
cash dividends, the distribution of cash dividends shall not be less than 10% of the dividends distributed in the
current year. If the total earning distribution exceeds 30% of the paid-up capital before the distribution, the cash
dividend shall not be less than 20% of the dividends distributed in the current year.
