      Report Ethical Violation in the Workplace

        Our company allows anonymous reporting. All reports are handled directly by the Ethical Management Team. The identity of whistleblowers and individuals participating in the investigation will be kept confidential and protected by the company to prevent unfair retaliation or mistreatment.

        The whistleblower should provide at least the following information:
        1.The name of the reported person or other identifiable information that can help confirm the reported person's identity.
        2.Specific facts and evidence available for investigation. If the provided information and documents are incomplete and prevent the initiation of an investigation, the report will not be accepted.

        Reminders:
        1.Personal data you provide—such as your name, phone number, and email address—may be processed and used by the company during the investigation for the purpose of examining the reported matter and for communication.
        2.Knowingly making false or fabricated statements is strictly prohibited. If a report is later found to be made in bad faith or with the intent to fabricate falsehoods, you will bear any corresponding legal responsibility.
        3.Any information provided to you by the company, in full or in part, must not be disclosed to any third party.
